As
I work with families desiring to heal ADD, ADHD,
Bi-Polar Disorder,
Sensory Integration
issues or Oppositional Defiance Disorder, I find
that
what keeps people from experiencing their peaceful
indigo nature
is an
energetic pattern that is
at the heart of imbalance. Internally, it
literally
feels and looks like a mini whirling tsunami causing
the person
to feel out
of control and stressed.
With the planet's mega hertz actually speeding up, we often feel
anxious
about completing everything we'd like to do or think
we need
to do 'to be
enough.' When we reconnect with our Oneness through
the
power of
our
own intention, we can allow for both the chaos
and stillness to coexist
as
part of our True Nature.
Focusing
our attention on our expanded, peaceful Self, while
breathing
into our solar plexus (the area between our rib cages),
we're able to allow
ourselves to experience more control over
our thoughts.
Acceptance
is key ... along with a willingness
to
be kind to your self.
Accepting our feelings of anxiousness, fear or overwhelm, rather than resisting or reacting to them, allows our emotions to flow through our body rather than cause constriction and blockage.
| Remember, this is a part of you who internally feels afraid, confused or hurt... rather than judge this aspect of your self, offer your self the inner acceptance compassion you need to feel safe, loved and cared about. |

As
you continue breathing into your solar plexus, bringing empathy to
your
thoughts
and compassion to
your feelings, softens your mind and
opens your
heart,
allowing
your emotions to move more freely. Acknowledge your
self for
your willingness to
become aware of what is
going
on inside of you while loving and appreciating
your
self for
taking
action that assists you in coming back to
your peaceful
center.
It can also help you to get intouch with your inner critic, that part of you that judges you for 'not being enough.' This part of us is actually a messager letting us know that we've disconnected from our heart center, the part of us that unconditionally loves us.
As
we cultivate our
ability to witness our
feelings, rather
than react to
them, we access
a more developed
part of our brain,
the neo cortex (which
houses our Higher
mind)... relieving
our reptilian primal
brain (located at
our brain stem) from
stimulating a fight
or flight survival
pattern driven by
fear. When we re-connect with our heart, we send a message
to the brain that
we are uncondtionally
loved by the SOURCE
of who we really
are. e |
